New generation of 8-series wheel loaders - efficiency starts now

Features, functions and comfort make driving with the premium series from Kramer a unique driving experience. Efficient, fuel-saving and modern - these are the characteristics of the new 8-series wheel loaders and telescopic wheel loaders (KL36.8, KL38.8, KL41.8, KL43.8, KL33.8T and KL37.8T) in a nutshell. Depending on the model, the tipping loads range from 3,650 to 4,250 kilograms.

All models are equipped with a Deutz engine with 55 kW / 75 hp as standard; an engine with 74.4 kW / 100 hp is available as an option for the KL41.8, KL43.8 and KL37.8T models. The newly developed drive offers four drive modes (Power, Eco, Road, CSD). Whether for stacking, mucking out or sweeping - the right setting can be selected for each application in order to carry out the work as efficiently and fuel-efficiently as possible. The load-independent flow distribution (LUDV) ensures an even distribution of the hydraulic oil to the individual control circuits. This means that several functions can be carried out simultaneously regardless of the load, e.g. lifting, telescoping and dumping. The cab has also been completely redesigned, with two fully-fledged entrances and exits on each side of the cab. The folding armrest with joystick and function buttons is mounted on the driver's seat and can be conveniently adjusted lengthways to suit the driver's needs. The optional 7-inch display opens up a new world of machine settings and assistance systems. For example, the joystick sensitivity or the oil quantity of the 3rd control circuit can be adjusted using the jog dial. With Smart Steering, the driver can reduce the number of steering wheel turns required for the maximum steering angle. This means more productivity and fast turning manoeuvres, especially when working in the Y-cycle. Two cab variants are available for all 8-series machines. The standard cab achieves a compact vehicle height of 2.49 metres (2.69 metres for the KL43.8 and KL37.8T models). With the panoramic cab, the view is extended upwards, which is particularly practical when working with the telescopic wheel loaders. The innovative further development of the familiar quickhitch plate to the fully hydraulic quickhitch system ‘Smart Attach’, now installed as standard in the 8-series, provides more productivity, efficiency and safety. Hydraulically driven attachments can be coupled with ‘Smart Attach’ without getting in and out of the vehicle, as connection with the hydraulic circuit is automatic.
